It was weird. I will usually update my friend on the soccer results but it was the other way around. I can't believe that the New Paper will continue to dedicate 20 pages to sports especially on Sundays and Mondays when soccer is suffering a silent demise.

I was severely tested when the booze was staring at my face. I was prompted, coaxed and encouraged to take a sip but I stood my ground and did not take a single sip of the alcohol. It does more harm than good and I do not want to subject myself to the poison again. I hate to be a slave to the poison. I have begun the battle against alcohol.
